SECOND DAY - RECEPTION DEPARTMENT

 



        Today I had the opportunity to get to know the reception area, its team, as well as the most important processes for the correct management: check-in, check-out, booking. In addition, I have discovered items related to tour operators, travel agencies, commissions and so on. 

In addition, I have researched on the typology of clients according to seasons, their characteristics, average stay, etc.
